This warranty period commences on the date of delivery / collection and covers defective components, provided that the use and maintenance of the spa or swim spa has been carried out in accordance with the instructions found in our Spas Wholesale Owner’s Manuals.
This Warranty is non-transferable and only extends to the original purchaser.

At first, I wasn't sure if getting a hot tub was necessary, but my fiancé convinced me, and I'm glad we went through with it. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and easy. The delivery team was really helpful and knew their stuff, and the sales team made everything simple. And let me tell you, the hot tub itself is fantastic. It's become a big part of our lives, from family gatherings to lazy Sunday mornings. Now I understand why we needed it!

Informative and unpressured visit to Hydrolife in Bagshot. The Jacuzzi sold itself to be honest. Installation was effortless and tidy. I have now got used to administering chemicals and all of us love it. I am closely watching my electricity smart meter and it appears to be costing us very little extra and cheaper per week than a trip for us to go to the swimming pool. It is beautiful and my back is also pleased I got it. I love it. I also have a useful Smart Tub app

We initially used it every other day, in the summer months, but have not used it so much as it is getting cold now. A perfect addition to the house.
The maintenance has been simple, and have set up my phone to remind me every other day to add the required amount of chemicals.
