Please note that all prices listed on this website, Facebook and/or other advertising mediums are subject to change without notice. 

 

PRODUCT IMAGES /VIDEOS

Spas Wholesale has a range of images and videos online for customers to view prior to purchase. Although we do our very best to provide accurate images and videos, colours may vary from our digital media to the physical product. Please note: images and videos are for illustration purposes only and actually product may vary.

PAYMENTS

All online orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, using our preferred checkout method.

 

All telephone and/or online orders are subject to a 10% deposit at the time of purchase. Full payment of the outstanding balance is required within 3 days of purchase via EFT Bank deposit. Credit Card Payments, Visa, Master Card and charges apply.

 

Humm90 POLICY

Spas Wholesale offers Humm90 for up to 6 months. It is your responsibility to make the regular lay-by/humm90 repayments either weekly, fortnightly or monthly and ensure your lay-by/humm90 is paid in full within 6 months of the invoice date.

 

Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as a cancellation of the humm90. Spas Wholesale is not required to contact you before canceling a lay-by/Humm90 for non-payment. If your humm90 is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.

 

Please note: lead times may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, Spas Wholesale does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product purchased.

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. 

Customers wishing to cancel their order due to changes in personal circumstances such as:  changes in employment, redundancy, changes in family unit, loss of a loved one, or any other personal change is will deemed as a change of mind, and this policy would apply. 

 

SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY

Spas Wholesale will offer a full refund if a supply issue arises and is unable to provide the ordered goods or substitute goods within 36 weeks from the date of order. This is deemed to be a reasonable time frame by Spas Wholesale. You should only place an order if you are comfortable with this policy.  

 

Refunds under the supply chain policy require senior management approval and will take 14 days from the time of approval. All monies will be refunded via the same method in which the initial payment and any subsequent payments were made.

SUPPLY ONLY BASIS POLICY

Spas Wholesale is a factory direct to public company, meaning that we do not offer in-home installation or delivery service. Spas Wholesale is a retail outlet and can not offer advice on permits, fencing, council requirements, or installation. We will gladly refer customers onto a delivery partner who can provide a contracted delivery service.

 

RUBBISH REMOVAL

Customers are responsible for the unpacking of their spas and disposal of all packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, timber framework and /or any crates. Spas Wholesale or our 3rd party contractors will not be held liable for disposal any of the above.

Customer can ask their driver on the day of delivery if they have the availability to assist them with the removal of packaging or rubbish, however at a cost of $600. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Spas Wholesale does not cover goods while in transit, we recommend you seek transit insurance prior to delivery or freight of your cargo. 

CLEAN SPA BEFORE USE 

New spas and swim spas may need to be cleaned before use as they are quite often stored in the warehouse for long periods before dispatch. Due to heat and humidity spa may become stained while stored. Please ensure the shell and jets are cleaned before filling with water.

SAFETY

Here at Spas Wholesale, we put safety first. We recommend that all spas are installed according to your local state and government requirements. Spas Wholesale will not take any responsibility to check with your local authorities regarding permits, fencing or requirements. 

 

LEAD TIMES

Spas Wholesale is factory direct to public and holds stock in our depot locations around the country. However, from time to time we may run out of stock due to popular demand and require to order more. Most times Lead times are only between 4 to 12 weeks however in peak periods this may extend to 20 weeks.

Spas Wholesale will not be held responsible for any external factors such as but not limited to: "acts of god, war or war like activities, pandemic, government restrictions ".

 

Please ensure you check our stock availability with your sales consultant prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.

 

LOCKABLE HARDCOVERS

Spas Wholesale includes lockable hard covers on selected spas. Covers are covered by a 12 months defective workmanship warranty. Covers may fade if they are unprotected and visible by the sun (as the UV) will over time discolour the spa cover.

15 AMP Plug with 5M Lead

Spas Wholesale includes a 15 AMP plug with 5m lead on selected Spas. It is required a 15AMP socket Powerpoint. Extension cords are not to be used, this will void any warranty on the product. If the lead length or socket powerpoint is not suitable please contact a qualified electrician to either fit a longer lead or install the suitable socket powerpoint of the spa.​

ECO-TIMBER CABINETS

Spas Wholesale only produce our spas/swim spas with charcoal/grey coloured Cabinetry. Due to the nature of the material, it is difficult to guarantee that every spa using this Eco-wood will have the exact shade of colour. Batch to batch variation can occur, so it is important that customers understand that all images and videos on our website, social media, brochures, and display stock are only used as a guide. Spas Wholesale is unable to order any other cabinetry colours or accommodate custom colour configurations. 

Eco-Timber cabinets may fade if they are unprotected and visible by the sun (as the UV) will over time discolor the spa cabinet.

MARKETING CONTENT 

Spas Wholesale uses google, social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram to advertise, communicate, and liaise with new and existing customers. Customers sharing Images, comments, and other forms of communications via our social media channels and Google platform are subject to these terms and conditions. 

All images, comments, and communications may be used for advertising campaigns, promotions, and for any other purpose Spas Wholesale may choose. Customers are advised not to share images, comments, or private messages unless they agree with the above terms. Spas Wholesale may change these terms and conditions without any prior notice. 

 

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR COMPLAINT 

Spas Wholesale is committed to resolving your concerns and complaints in a timely manner. All your complaints need to be submitted in writing in our Warranty Claim System.

Once we receive your complaint, we will endeavor to respond to you within 1-2 Business days.
