This warranty period commences on the date of delivery / collection and covers defective components, provided that the use and maintenance of the spa or swim spa has been carried out in accordance with the instructions found in our Spas Wholesale Owner’s Manuals.
This Warranty is non-transferable and only extends to the original purchaser.

Ordering from this company was a breeze! The staff were super helpful from sales all the way to installation. And let me tell you, the hot tub itself is top quality—we absolutely love it! We've even found a cool trick to save on electricity: we turn it down to 31 degrees, and even when we open the cover, it never drops below 32 degrees. That's some impressive performance, especially with the crazy weather we've been having. Couldn't be happier!
