Clearance stock at Spas Wholesale moves for one reason: we need to make room in our warehouses for incoming shipments. The products are new, complete, and covered by our full standard warranty. The price is lower because we need the space, not because anything is wrong with the product.
What Is Included With Clearance Models
Every clearance spa and swim spa includes the same standard package as the full-price version:

Nothing is removed from the spec. Steps and heat pumps are still available as optional additions.

Our clearance spa pool range includes compact 2 to 4 person models through to large family spas seating 6 to 9 people. Models rotate as stock sells. Delivery on Clearance Stock
Clearance stock is distributed across our six national warehouses in Brendale QLD, Altona VIC, Adelaide SA, Sydney NSW, Perth WA, and Bridgewater TAS. You need a flat reinforced concrete slab or compacted base ready before delivery, and a licensed electrician to complete the electrical connection to comply with AS/NZS 3000.
