How many Australian warehouses do you have?
We have 5 Australian warehouse locations: Brendale QLD 4500, Altona VIC 3018, Adelaide SA 5163, Botany NSW 2019 and Perth WA 6163.
How fast do you dispatch?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Final delivery timing depends on destination, access and freight arrangements, so we do not promise a fixed delivery timeframe.
Can I pick up from a warehouse?
Yes. Free warehouse pickup is available from all five Australian warehouse locations by arrangement.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver across Australia, including regional areas. Freight cost and delivery timing depend on location, product size, access and freight arrangements.
