So excited about our new swim spa. From help with initial transport to our country home to backup advice from Fiona whenever we had questions. We couldn't be happier.
Contacted Spas Wholesale regarding the Hawaii Swim Spa. Was concerned about quality of spa, delivery etc. Received spa within 2 weeks from ordering. Had transport company pickup from Hallam to a Depot in Wangaratta VIC. I picked up spa using a car trailer and drove home with it.. I was able to back up trailer to my location and used my Dingo to slide Spa off from pallet into location. The spa is very heavy, I was unable to move/slide myself! So the dingo with ropes moved it easily. I ran a 6mm 32 amp RCBO from switchboard to location of spa with a 40amp isolator. (I’m an Electrician) Filled spa, set heater to 34 deg, and waiting for temp to get right until tomorrow. Jets are unbelievable, lighting is insane. Quality is fantastic. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt that if you are not sure about the Hawaii Spa, don’t be. It’s top quality. Fiona was great to deal with, even with my concerns. 100% great product.
Fantastic value for money with my Swim Spa and Fiona was incredibly helpful, nothing was a trouble and she sourced information and anything we needed 7 days a week.
The product PDF, didn't come until we got the spa and scanned the QR code.. so that was a bit tricky.
It would b great to have a Facebook or users forum to get tips before and after purchase.
Th Swim Spa is incredibly ergonomic and a range of different jets from gentle to super strong give loads of choice for massage, therapy or fun. Info on alternatives to strong chlorin was helpful.... Th swim spa already having inbuilt oxidisation, I only have to add a small amount of bromine at night after my last swim and by morning its no longer a strong smell as its done its job.
I got my swim spa about a year ago. I use it a ton in the winter when it's too cold to walk outside. I really enjoy the current it creates, which is perfect for swimming. It's great exercise, and the kids love it too. Overall, it's a really nice product.
I wanted a swim spa for fun, so I got one from Spas Wholesale. It's been great. I chose them because of their awesome online reviews, cool design, and top-notch quality. We've had it for a couple of months now and everything's still going smoothly.
