I highly recommend Spas Wholesale, especially Fiona who took care of us from start to finish. We didn't know much about hot tubs and just popped in for some ideas. Over the next few months, we checked out different companies and tubs, but none provided the same level of customer service as Fiona. It was an easy choice, and Fiona patiently helped us choose the right options within our budget and with our unique requests. Getting the hot tub craned into our garden went smoothly, thanks to Fiona's coordination, and the installation team did a great job. Purchased the Fiji Plus and used it on a regular basis since day 1. Perfect relaxation after a hard day's work and I always look forward to my 15 minutes in the spa.
Also an extremely cool addition to the backyard with its fancy LED lights and fountain feature.
Maintenance seemed intimidating at first, but was a breeze after the setup with the right products.
Looking forward to hanging out with friends and loved ones once in due time!
