2-4 Person Spas
Buying guide
These are our 2 to 4 person spas, the most popular size range for couples, apartments, and backyards where space is a consideration.
A 2 person spa or 3 person spa fits comfortably on most patios and decks, often in a footprint around 160 x 160 cm. A 4 person spa gives you a bit more room to stretch out, usually around 180 to 210 cm. All models in this range come with the Balboa control system, full foam insulation, a lockable hardcover, and LED lighting included in the price.
The Bora Bora is a good starting point if you want a compact but well-featured 3 person spa at an accessible price. The Life 110 and Life 130 are our smallest models and work well for tight spaces or balconies. If you have room for something slightly larger but still want to keep it manageable for two people, the Relax gives you more jets and a roomier layout without going up to a full family-size spa.

FAQs About 2-4 Person Spas
What size is a 2 person spa?
Most 2 person spas are between 150 x 150 cm and 170 x 170 cm. Our smallest models like the Life 110 and Life 130 sit at the compact end of that range and are designed to fit on a standard balcony or small courtyard.
What's the difference between a 2 person spa and a 4 person spa?
Mainly size and seating layout. A 2 person spa is designed for face-to-face or side-by-side seating for two adults. A 4 person spa is bigger with more seats, usually more jets, and a larger footprint. If you mostly use the spa as a couple but occasionally want room for guests, a 3 or 4 person model gives you that flexibility without being as large as a full family spa.
Can a 2 person spa fit on a balcony or apartment deck?
Yes, provided the structure can handle the weight. A small 2 person spa full of water can weigh 700 to 900 kg, so you'll need to check the load rating of your balcony with a structural engineer before installing. If weight is a concern, contact us and we can advise on the lightest models in our range.
How much room do I need around a compact spa?
You'll need at least 30 to 50 cm of clear space on at least two sides for access and filter maintenance. The spa itself needs to sit on a flat, level surface such as a concrete slab, pavers, or a purpose-built deck.
Can I use a 2 person spa in winter?
Yes. All our spas are fully insulated and temperature controlled for year-round use. The full foam insulation and lockable hardcover keep heat in efficiently, and the Balboa system maintains your set temperature automatically so the spa is always ready when you want to use it.
