Can I pick up my spa from Bridgewater?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available from our Bridgewater facility in TAS 7030. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time so we can have your order prepared.
What is the difference between a swim spa and a plunge pool?
In Tasmania where winters are genuinely cold, the difference between a swim spa and a plunge pool matters more than in warmer states. A plunge pool is typically unheated or designed for cold therapy use. A swim spa is fully heated and temperature-controlled year-round, which in Tasmania means it is comfortable to use in winter without any of the seasonal limitations of an unheated pool. It also includes a counter-current jet system for swimming in place and a spa zone for hydrotherapy and recovery — functions a plunge pool does not provide.
Can a swim spa be installed in-ground?
