Can I pick up my spa from Adelaide?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available from our Adelaide facility. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time so we can have your order prepared.
What is the difference between a swim spa and a plunge pool?
A plunge pool is designed for cooling and relaxation with no swim current — useful in South Australia's hot dry summers. A swim spa gives you that same cooling option plus a heated swim and hydrotherapy function that works through SA winters as well. You get the counter-current jet system for fitness swimming, and the spa zone for massage and recovery, all from one above-ground unit that needs no excavation.
Can a swim spa be installed in-ground?
Yes. Above-ground is the most straightforward option for most Adelaide and SA properties and is what most of our customers choose. In-ground is possible if you prefer the look of a flush installation integrated into your outdoor space. It involves excavation, additional waterproofing, and a licensed builder.
