Can I pick up my spa from Brendale?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available from our Brendale facility. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time so we can have your order prepared.
What is the difference between a swim spa and a plunge pool?
A swim spa and a plunge pool serve different purposes. A plunge pool is primarily designed for cooling down and relaxation, with no swim current. A swim spa includes a counter-current jet system that lets you swim in place, plus a hydrotherapy seating zone for relaxation and recovery. A swim spa also maintains a heated temperature year-round, whereas most plunge pools are unheated or used for cold therapy. If you want both fitness and relaxation from one unit, a swim spa covers both.
Can a swim spa be installed in-ground?
Yes. While most of our swim spas are delivered and installed above-ground, in-ground installation is possible and some customers prefer the look. In-ground installation requires excavation, additional waterproofing, and a licensed builder — it is a more involved project than an above-ground setup, but the end result is a flush, integrated finish. If you are considering in-ground installation, contact us on 1300 185 338 before ordering so we can walk you through the requirements.
What warranty do I get?
