Can I pick up my spa from Sydney?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available from our Sydney facility in NSW 2567. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time so we can have your order prepared.
What is the difference between a swim spa and a plunge pool?
A plunge pool is built for cooling and relaxation with no swim current. In Sydney where summers are hot and humid, both options are popular for backyard cooling. A swim spa goes further — it includes a counter-current jet system for swimming in place, a heated spa zone for hydrotherapy and recovery, and it stays usable year-round including through Sydney winters. If you want something that handles fitness, family use, and relaxation in one unit, a swim spa covers all of that.
Can a swim spa be installed in-ground?
Yes. Most Sydney customers go above-ground for speed and simplicity, but in-ground is a good option if you want a flush finish that integrates with your deck or pool area.
