Designed for International Markets
Our spas and swim spas are developed for major international markets rather than for one market alone. Products and configurations are built to meet the applicable requirements and certifications for the markets in which they are supplied, including Australia, Europe and North America where relevant.
That international manufacturing perspective matters because the products supplied to Australian customers come from the same long-term engineering and manufacturing system serving customers around the world.

Our manufacturing operation has more than 35 years of professional spa and swim spa manufacturing experience, supported by more than 40 years of spa industry experience.
According to our manufacturing and sales records, more than 300,000 spas and swim spas from our manufacturing operation have been sold across 50+ countries, including more than 50,000 Australian customers and families.
For perspective, using an illustrative average product length of around 2.3 metres, 300,000 spas placed end to end would stretch for close to 700 kilometres.

We also changed the way the product reaches the customer.
A spa can be expensive for two very different reasons. One is because more has been invested in the product — materials, engineering, insulation, structure, components, testing and after-sales support. The other is because the spa has passed through more commercial layers before reaching the buyer.
A traditional supply chain can include an overseas manufacturer, importer, distributor, dealer, commissioned salesperson and expensive showroom. Every independent layer has operating costs and margin requirements.
Those additional commercial layers do not automatically make the frame stronger, the insulation better, the water warmer or the hydrotherapy more effective.

Compare the pumps, plumbing, insulation, frame, acrylic, control equipment, electrical configuration and written warranty. Then compare the price.

Why doesn’t Spas Wholesale operate a traditional showroom network?
